The job: Lead product development efforts for nanotron. Drive best practices including system architecture, software, hardware and test based on proven functional blocks and state of the art 3rd party hardware and software solutions. Manage resources across software, hardware and test development respectively. Always align with Product Management (PM) detailed product requirements, product feasibility and product acceptance criteria. Work with CTO to swiftly transition new technologies and proven functional blocks into innovative products and solutions.
Key responsibilities: Deliver fully functional products on time and on budget. Drive a holistic product implementation process including system architecture, hardware, software, test and documentation which is based on best practices in all disciplines.
Align with Product Management (PM) on spec, schedule and product acceptance criteria and with Technology Development (CTO) on essential IP required for product implementation.
Facilitate a flexible set of implementation priorities as provided by PM.
Maintain a close working relationship with CTO to seamlessly and swiftly integrate new technologies. Always leverage new IP to continuously improve nanotron’s products and maximize their competitiveness.
Responsible for planning and coordinating development partners and engineering resources at nanotron including new hires and training of existing staff.
